| The Enchanted Forest is a magical, shifting forest. It is governed by a monarchy, currently King Mendanbar and Queen Cimorene. As King, Mendanbar knows everything that goes on with the forest and where everything is at whenever it changes.
A magic forest with some level of sentience that is most notable for its constantly changing geography.
It isn't easy to get into the Enchanted Forest, unless you are a dragon. Dragons fly there through the "Pass of Silver Ice" but when accompany by anyone else, they have to go through the tunnels.

Magical Ability
She is not aware that she is from a very powerful magical family as her Aunt Elizabeth is dead set against it and refuses to let anything magical come up in conversations or having anything magical around the house.
She starts sneaking magical books out of a neighbors study and creates protection bags for her friends and family, including sending one to Kate. But when her Aunt discovers what she is doing, she sweeps it all away, thus leaving Cecy exposed to danger.
When Cecelia meets Mr. Wrexton he offers to teach her magic without her Aunt's knowledge, Kate is instantly in favor of it and starts her studying. Read More...
